San Pawl tal-Belt Valletta
The wooden titular statue of Saint Paul, venerated in the Collegiate Church of Saint Paul, was carved in 1659 by the sculptor Melchiorre Cafà, brother of architect Lorenzo Gafà, who later designed the church’s dome.
